Turbo info needed.........
I have a td04 and have been offered a td05.what changes will I need to make? do I need to remap?

Yes m8 remap essential, also unless you have already done so get yourself a full decat system inc downpipe, upgraded panel /induction system, injectors, fuel pump and fmic to realise the td05 potential. Depends where you want to go with the car hp wise really.

If the car is standard and you only intend to change the turbo you might not see any real gains. With the above mods 320 hp is realistic.

Not an expert on classics so i wait to be corrected by others Smile

Td04 280-300 bhp kick in quicker at around 2500-2800rpm
Td05 300-320 bhp kicks in around 3200-3500rpm I think

You don't need ecu as yours is mappable just decat,uprated fuel pump as think you have the rest Very Happy
