Newbie needs a lesson! Having tuned jap cars before, but knowing nothing about subaru engines (flat four) and why they are 180 degree opposed (torque?) can anyone give me a run down on pro's and con's Thanks as usual

I dont think there any pros' and cons a such. The early side entry turbos were changed in 97' to front entry, removing the 90 degree elbow to the compressor housing to enable better airflow, even FE has it limits so most big power scoobs run a twisted turbo setup, which enables air a direct path to the turbo.
