hi everyone ive got myself a uk awd 2000 turbo uk spec 1997 and i have got a loud squeak/ horrible noise coming from my passenger side front wheel any ideas what i is anyone??

ive only had the car 2 weeks i was told it was about 300bhp i dont think that is the case i was told it had piggy back ecu also a td05 turbo but it was a td04 as i checked 2day

any advice is very welcome please help me lol

Hi and welcome! Have you checked the brake pads? They have a harmonic sensor which squeals when there low!

yeah they are getting low but not rubbing do you think it could be a dry cv joint it is a very strange sound i must say it dose it slow speeds and it dose it 85% of the time very very strange

They don't need to be rubbing, it's a safety feature so you don't get that far! Could be a wheel bearing but that would be more noticeable at faster speeds! I see your in wool, come Poole way at all?

Take it to Wayne bud. i had problems with mine i only bought a month ago but it's all sorted now. in the old days i would of said it was a wheel bearing You can't go wrong taking it to Wayne. If a girl comes round in a van with a pot of beef stew have one. it's great ;D
