I've lost my only car key. My car is sitting in my driveway. What can I do? What is the cheapest way to purchase some keys. I was looking on ebay....but I don't know my key code. I can't afford go to a subaru dealership. Any ideas?

UK car or import? If it is UK you may be able to go to a dealership with your reg number and get a new key that way. If you have a factory fit imobiliser then the key has to be programmed to the ecu. Not cheap but the easy option.

Import - find someone breaking car then buy all of the locks from them. I believe the ignition is part of the steering column so you would have to change the lot.
